Privacy Policy

This is a personal site for Muchachita de Indonesia. It doesn't have user accounts or an on-site store. This page explains, in plain language, what happens with your information when you visit or get in touch.

What this site itself collects

With your permission, this site uses PostHog to understand site usage, such as pages visited, clicks, and other interactions. Before you accept analytics, PostHog is not loaded and does not store analytics identifiers. If accepted, PostHog may process technical information such as device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, referring URL, and analytics identifiers. Data is sent to PostHog infrastructure in the European Union and used to improve the site and understand which content is useful. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the page footer.

Third-party services embedded on this site

A few pages load or link to outside services. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy, not ours:

• PostHog: PostHog provides website usage analytics. PostHog processes analytics data under its own privacy policy. PostHog privacy policy.
• TikTok: The Home page embeds a live TikTok profile widget, which loads a script directly from TikTok. TikTok may set its own cookies or collect data when that widget loads, per TikTok's own privacy policy.
• Google Calendar: The booking page embeds a Google Calendar appointment scheduling widget so you can pick a time. Google may set its own cookies or collect data when that widget loads, per Google's own privacy policy.
• Google Forms: The consultation intake questionnaire is a Google Form hosted on Google's own site. Whatever you submit there goes to Google Forms and is only used to prepare for your consultation.
• WhatsApp: Payment and contact links open a WhatsApp chat with a pre-filled message. Anything you send after that happens on WhatsApp, subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy policy.
• Email: Contact links open your email app addressed to muchachitadeindonesia@gmail.com. Regular email privacy/security practices apply.

Payment

There's no checkout or card entry on this site. Payment is arranged manually over WhatsApp, email, or TikTok message, and the actual transfer happens through your own banking or e-wallet app (e.g. BCA, QRIS, Bizum, Revolut). Those apps handle your payment details under their own security and privacy practices, not ours.

Information you share directly

If you fill out the intake questionnaire, message us, or email us, we use what you share only to prepare for and provide your consultation, and we keep it only as long as reasonably needed for that. We don't sell or share it with anyone else.

Your rights

If you'd like to see, correct, or delete information you've shared with us directly (for example, your questionnaire answers or messages), just email us at muchachitadeindonesia@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.

Changes to this page

If the services loaded by this site or the way data is used changes, we'll update this page to reflect it.
